Job Descriptions
- To monitor the incoming and outgoing of the materials and assets to the store.
- To receive materials delivered at the job site to the store.
- To manage the stock items inside the store room and maintain a proper inventory of all items.
- To maintain adequate security of the store room to ensure no loss or theft of assets.
- To ensure all items on section on labelling and updating
- To liaise with the suppliers/contractors/employees in matters pertaining to the delivery of stock items to the job site and returning of excess items issued out.
- Attend any breakdown on electrical, aircond, plumbing, BAS & any related task that related to building service operations
Job Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma holder in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity for shopping mall operations or related fields.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, aircon, plumbing, firefighting, telephone system, etc.
- Prepared for work shift, weekends and public holidays.
- Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
- Good coordination and administration skills.
- Computer literate.
