DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems.
- Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
- Sort, distribute incoming mails and outgoing mails.
- Answer phone calls, take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Issue invoices and follow up outstanding payments.
- Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by the manager and the management.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Good communication skill.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
