Position: CelcomDigi Customer Care Consultant

Location: Subang Hi-Tech, Shah Alam, Selangor

Working Hours: Rotating shift (Earliest shift STARTS at 6.30 am, Latest shift ENDS at 2.00 am) (9 hours shift)

Working Days: Rotating Shift based on Schedule: 5 Days Work with 2 Days Off (Including weekends & Public Holidays)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (renewable based on performance)

Salary Package: RM 1,800.00 – RM 2,300.00 (Basic) + RM 500.00 (Allowances) + RM 1,250.00 (Maximum KPI Incentives) + Overtime (Average Total Salary: RM 2,850++)

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible to handle the inbound calls and assist with customers’ inquiries pertaining to the company products and services.
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of product knowledge, marketing campaigns, systems, processes, and technology content displays.


  • SPM/Diploma/Degree in Customer Service or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry preferably in a call center.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • MUST be able to work on shifts, on weekends, and on Public Holidays.
  • Degree Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • MUST be willing to work in Shah Alam and possess own transport.
  • Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated for Covid19.
  • Being able to start immediately with short notice is an added advantage.
