This role is responsible to manage the indirect sourcing, contract management and tendering for the Hong Kong and China Market.

Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a Buyer / Purchasing/ Procurement Specialist (Mandarin / Cantonese Speaker) to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company. Multiple positions available.
Description
- Contract management, encompassing activities such as contract renewal, amendment, extension, and the handling of statements of work etc
- Review contract and negotiate with suppliers
- Collaborate with the business to validate that the results of the risk assessment align with the engagement and verify that the necessary supplier qualification procedures have been duly carried out.
Profile
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Languages: Fluent in English and able to speak, read and write in Mandarin / Cantonese as you are required to deal with Hong Kong or China stakeholders
- Minimum 2-3 years procurement, purchasing, buyer, contract management, sourcing or relevant experience.
- Added advantage for candidates who have experienced in using SAP Ariba system
