Desired Skills and Experience

  • Graduate with a degree of any discipline.
  •  At least 10 years working experience in Sales and/or Business Management as a Sales Manager or Project Manager in ICT industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a Team Lead capacity
  • Having prior experience in the Property Development, Construction, Hotel is helpful.
  • Knowledge of HR whether as a HR practitioner or sell HR system before is Mandatory.

What You Will Do (Duties and Responsibility)

  • You will direct and supervise the operations of a regional branch of a renowned homegrown Software house.
  • You will provide training, coaching, development and motivate the branch team to achieve sales goals, excellence in customer service and an increase in branch overall revenue.
  • You will manage a geographical area and perform sales and services.
  • You will assess local market conditions and identify and nurture business opportunities.
  • You will project and manage budgets and allocate funds appropriately to achieve growth.
  • You will ensure excellence in customer service.
