Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning and maintenance of content calendar to ensure timely and qualitative content delivery.
- Manage SEO initiatives to grow organic traffic through the targeted and relevant keywords that is optimised for search engines (SEO).
- Lead and manage the daily activities of a content team comprise of content executives, merchandising executives and web designers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to launch campaign, manage and develop microsite, custom landing page and content syndication.
- Understand online customers shopping behaviour and provide insight/report to use data to adjust content strategy, i.e user interface, user experience, conversion rate optimiser, powering exceptional online shopping experiences with site search, personalisation and merchandising.
- Ensure Harvey Norman’s brand personality is well represented consistently online through content management and production efforts.
- Daily monitoring of any technical issues and work actively to resolve any issues.
- Work closely with SG & MY ecommerce managers and provide analysis report from content & creative perspective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or related.
- Minimum 5 years related experience in managing high traffic websites and digital content.
- Intermediate proficiency in SEO, HTML, Web Design and various Content Management Systems a must.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written.
