DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Systems analysts is responsible to analyze how well software, hardware and the wider IT system fit the business needs of internal and external users. Analyst will need to write requirements for new or existing systems and help in implement and monitor the system effectiveness.
Analysts need to be liaising with other department such as QA, SCM, Manufacturing and act as system integrator between users, business units and technical team to meet the new or existing system requirements. They are also responsible for user training and feedback.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinates with internal users and business units to identify systems problems; assesses severity of the issues and prioritizes responses as appropriate.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate information systems, processes, and data flow to meet business needs and make appropriate recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve and propose effective solutions.
- Proven initiative and self-starter attributes.
- Process improvement and workflow documentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently organize and perform work activities to work efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex projects effectively.
- Ability to plan work, lead, and motivate others.
- Conduct requirement gathering session with internal users and business units.
- Prepares requirement specifications and documents for system developers.
- Performs system tests and collaborates with consultants.
- Perform the system training to internal users.
- Document system best practice workflows and processes and train internal users accordingly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET:
- Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related discipline with at least 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge in fast-growing AI industry plus AI tools such as UiPath, PyTorch, SpaCY will be an added advantage.
- An individual who has a great sense of commitment, highly self-motivated character with ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Is adaptable to fast pace, dynamic working & multi-tasking environment and flexible working hours yet with good time management.
- Possesses good business acumen, customer-oriented, creative & strong analytical thinking for solving problem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Has pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
- Experience in Systems such as (MES, QMS, PLM, WMS, etc..) will be an added advantage.
