SENIOR / MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (SMT)
Experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology), SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), AOI, AXI machines is an added advantage.
**Work Location: Singapore
**Permanent Position
Our client is a leading organisation specialized in SMT machines for PCB and Semiconductor industries.
Responsibilities:
- Mechanical design of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment and its modules;
- Design for upgrades and modifications according to internal standards and engineering principles.
- Manage and administer machine manual documentation;
- Prepare and release 3D solid models and Engineering drawing to Geometric Dimension and Tolerance Standards while communicating to vendors to expedite delivery of design parts and assemblies.
- Plan and organize projects schedules in timely manner
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-5 years’ experience, preferably in machine manufacturing industry. Senior Position is available for candidates with more years of experience.
- Experience in SMT machine, SPI, AXI, AOI machines is an added advantage.
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess analytical skills, creative and efficient in project environment
