  3. Enforce stringent hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premise
  4. Treat restaurant staff of all levels with respect and fairness
  5. Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality regularly
  6. Hire, train, and retain staff members
  7. Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
  8. Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
  9. Report on sales performance, inventory, and staff performance
  10. Analyse and plan sales figures and profitability
  11. Implement Food Hygiene and Safety standards in the department according to local council authorities’ guidelines and SOP.
