Candidate Requirement :
· Candidate with LCCI or Degree in Accounting with relevant working experience
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
· At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Self-driven, result oriented, pro-active with good communication and inter-personal skills and honest.
· To work together and guide the account executives/clerks to carry out daily accounting tasks, under guidance of Finance Manager
Job responsibilities:
· To prepare monthly P&L account
· To prepare year-end Balance Sheet and P&L and relevant documents for audit
· To prepare monthly account, cash flow analysis, debtor and creditor statement to submit to Director on time
· To ensure all debtor, creditor list are updated at all times
· To prepare monthly current account reconciliation statement
· To ensure that Company assets list are updated every quarterly
· To ensure customer statement of accounts are sent beginning of every month
· To conduct weekly collection meeting with sales person and assist in customer’s payment collections
· To arrange, monitor and verify incoming and outgoing remittances
· To prepare and verify incoming and outgoing Letter of Credit and other related bank documents
· To arrange bank loan. Legal documents and other related documents for the purpose of bank facilities applications as well as purchase of fixed assets
· To prepare Sales Service Tax submission
· To prepare Sales Commission calculations and payouts
· Online banking transaction
