Job Summary:
· Salary up $2500
· 5 days work week (include weekend / PH)
· Shift based (3 rotating shifts)
· Sponsored PCA course
Job Responsibilities:
· Execute general nursing and clinical duties
· Observe, monitor and record patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight
· Provide basic care including change of diapers, shower and feed patient
· Uphold personal care, safety and overall reassurance
· Promote positive health with patients
· Checking and ordering supplies
Additional Information:
· Applicant with Ward Setting experience is an advantage
· Passionate in Healthcare industry
