Job Purpose

  • To administer and review resolution, minutes and administer filing of documents with relevant authorities.
  • To provide support for special projects, coordinate meeting materials and ensure safe custody of all documents.
  • To ensure compliance with statutory, legal and regulatory framework governing companies for Genting Berhad and its subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Possess ICSA qualification
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ secretarial working experience in a public listed company or in management firm with experience in handling public listed company.
  • Well versed with the Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, etc.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel) as well as familiar with MyCoID, MBRS and Bursa Link Announcement Templates
  • Able to meet deadlines, willing to work under pressure and ensure group’s compliance with the relevant laws or regulations
  • Meticulous with a strong sense of integrity/responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills and initiative
  • Strong command of English (oral and written). Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Able to carry out task assigned expeditiously with minimum supervision work independently and a team, including timely completion of prescribed statutory forms. 
  • Possess pleasant personality with good attitude and able to work as a team.
