DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Responsibilities
- Design brochures, logos, signs, magazine posters, advertisements, and other communication materials. Provide editing support for packaging artwork.
- Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, advertisement posters, newsletters, etc.
- Works with R&D and Sales departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, product technical content, or other brand messages.
- To assist brand advertising/ communication campaigns (traditional & digital), exhibitions, webinars and promotional activities. Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed.
- Manage and oversee promotional items inventory, image library, and organize samples for marketing purposes.
- Managing the admin portal of our mobile app, loyalty points system and prize distribution
- Perform basic editing job for videos
- Handle administration tasks from submitting documents for orders and payments. And update the monthly expenses report (Marketing related only)
- Undertake any other Ad Hoc task as and when assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or other media editing software
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Able to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Additional qualifications in animation is a plus
- Proactive, committed and outgoing person with strong communication skills.
