Job Requirements
A degree or a professional qualification in Business/Marketing.
Five years of experience or more in sales and marketing role.
Good knowledge of sales (including online sales), marketing, and PR skills.
Good knowledge of handling social media channels – posting, taking photos and videos.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Main Responsibilities
Plan, organise and undertake the promotion and sale of Daybreak’s handicrafts at charity events and exhibitions in locations within and away from Ipoh area.
Plan, organise and undertake the promotion and sale of socks to schools and other locations.
Handle the display and promote sale of handicrafts in showroom to visitors and walk-in customers.
Handle Shopee sales – follow up on sales and frequent update of Shopee account with product info.
Provide and maintain a good record of sales data and sales report.
Handle Product Development & Marketing – provide feedback on prices, customers, promotion, market development, product development etc.
Develop and update handicrafts catalogue.
Develop and maintain contacts with customers and potential buyers.
Handle social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram with frequent updates of photos, videos, news etc.
Take product and activities photos.
Assist the draft of newsletter with info & photos of products to promote.
* Note: Sales may be organised on weekends, public holidays or evening. However, we will pay OT or replace with leave.
