Job Description
1.Sales and marketing.
2.Handles customer queries, supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints..
3.Submit quotations to customer and follow up.
4.Call up for customer cargo – obtain new repeated sales.
5.Handle customer complaint. Negotiate with customer on cargo discrepancy after investigation is complete.
6.Monitor customer cargo delivery status with other branches.
7.AR collection.
8.Request for sales quote.
9.Sales quote to customers.
