Your role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, targets, and goals.

What Will You Do

To be responsible for Business Development Department Quality Management System
To lead and manage department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, targets, and goals.
To train and develop department staff to ensure their competency.
To interact regularly with the department team to receive information and updates about staff progress.
To increase clientele and bring in sales or business in terms of volume and revenue.
To be responsible for overall management of Branch
To be able to perform minimum of 200 TEUs a month of export.
To be able to do import sales of minimum 100 TEUs a month.
To be familiar and have customer base for our trade lanes SE, FEA, and ME sectors.
To be responsible and accountable for the profitability of the location
To be able to liaise with Feeders, Ports and CFS for business activities.
To be able to generate FF revenue 3 times of the salary.
To introduce new export customers and expand Transliner customer base.
To provide Export forecast / business plan per month
To be responsible and accountable for the volume performance.
To look for new avenues for increasing profitability.
To provide market information and updates.

What Do We Want

Must have at least a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
At least 5 years of sales or commercial related experience in the shipping industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
