DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
As a Property Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible to oversee various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.

You will play an important role, such as:
- Brokering property deals between sellers and buyers
- Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
- Experience in real estate sales or management is an added advantage.
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Possess own transport
- Responsible and hardworking
