DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Quality Control Engineer Responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing quality standards.
· Developing and implementing quality control systems.
· Monitoring and analysing quality performance.
· Setting up, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting of QC equipment.
· Inspecting and testing equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
· Collaborating with managers and QC staff to develop and implement controls and improvements.
· Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with product and safety regulations.
· Investigating and troubleshooting product issues.
· Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
· Reviewing system, product specifications, and processes.
· Train staff, technicians, and professionals on the aspects of quality control activities.
· Coordinate with Operation teams for improvement actions on parameters that are not meeting SPC requirements.
· Summarize and compile of test and analysed data. Notifying high authority / management with summarized information.
· Ensure good housekeeping and workplace safety.
Quality Control Engineer Requirements:
· Degree in quality, industrial, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
· 3+ years of experience in quality control engineering, or a similar role.
· Must be able to work in rotate shifts, weekend, overtime, and on public holiday.
· As when necessary, able to outstation to attend quality control matter.
· Supervising and coordinating of NCP reworking activity.
· Experience using QC software tools (e.g.: SPC, Gauge R&R) and processes.
· Good at Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good in management skills.
· Good in English conversation (Score: ≥8 of 10) and writing skills (Score: ≥7 of 10).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PFMEA & Six sigma preferred.
