RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for overall daily QC cum Production operations,to achieve daily production output,
  • To monitor work force’s (operators) work progress to meet daily target till comply to food products’ specification,
  • To conduct On-The Job Training (OJT) to operators
  • To ensure operators comply to company’s SOP, Halal, GMP, ISO 22000, 
  • To practice incoming raw materials procedure (i.e., inspection fresh raw poultry/seafood),
  • To handle production process arrangement, manpower backup & etc.
  • To assist in audit inspection process JAKIM, VHM, ISO 22000 and customers & suppliers’ audit
  • To maintain paper works & records
  • To report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to management

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent will be advantageous.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Junior Executive specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or 1-year work in food production line is encouraged to apply.
  • Possesses own transport.
  • Able to work at Taman Industri Sg Buloh (Kota Damansara).
  • Able to work for Monday to Saturday: 8am to 5pm ( Alternate Saturday)
  • Rest on Sunday & all Selangors’ public holidays
