Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive O&M strategies and plans by leading a team across Malaysia to manage 200+ customers sites.
  2. Strategizing the operation excellence through cost efficiency/system reliability/vendor/subcontractor management/process improvement
  3. Working with BD/Project/Safety team to enrich the post sales customer experience in order to create potential recurrence order/pipeline
  4. Managing monthly/quarterly analytic reporting of OPEX, maintenance activities, performance data, and system downtime.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  1. At least 5 – 7 years of experience in a leadership role of preventative maintenance related role
  2. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills of electrical system such as switchgear/ breaker trip and etc
  3. Familiar with SAP/ PV system monitoring platform (Huawei/SMA/ABB) is an advantage
  4. Excellent interpersonal/ problem solving/ stakeholder management skills
  5. This position can be either based in Bukit Mertajam (Penang)/ Bukit Jalil (Kuala Lumpur)
