1. Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company. This role involves scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing documentation, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure diary arrangements are coordinated. You will be responsible for the reconciliation and coding of credit cards, assisting with recruitment, onboarding new staff members, and managing all human resources documentation. Additionally, you will liaise with the accountant regarding invoices, payrolls, commission reports, and amendments to employment conditions, manage non-work-related injuries and illnesses, and provide support to managers by providing documentation and reports as required. Communication with employees across the organization is essential, as you will be providing advice and information in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare documentation

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Attention to detail and experience with event planning
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Preferably with IT or Finance Background

2. Loan Processing Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processing Coordinator to manage and assist with the loan application process, from post the initial client enquiry through to settlement, along with any other administration tasks allocated by the company. The successful candidate will have experience in loans processing, banking, loan writing, loan admin, asset finance, or equipment finance, with knowledge of residential and commercial lending environments being advantageous. You will manage client relationships, oversee all finance approval processes, adhere to all lender and regulatory compliance requirements, and liaise with banks, solicitors, accountants, and real estate agencies to ensure a smooth client experience. Excellent customer relationship skills and communication and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assist with the loan application process from post the initial client enquiry through to settlement
  • Manage client relationships and oversee all finance approval processes
  • Adhere to all lender and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Liaise with banks, solicitors, accountants, and real estate agencies to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Manage client onboarding engagement and collect supporting documents
  • Validate loan applications, enter data, and lodge applications through systems
  • Assist with the execution of mortgage and commercial finance documents
  • Complete any other administration tasks allocated by the company

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in loans processing, banking, loan writing, loan admin, asset finance, or equipment finance
  • Reasonable working knowledge of residential and commercial lending environments would be advantageous
  • Experience with lending software, such as Applyonline/nextgen, is essential but would be highly regarded
  • Positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude with a good sense of humour
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to set your own daily goals and commitments
  • Experience with Google Business Suite, Mail, Office, Excel, Docusign
  • Flexible, engaging, and confident disposition
  • Excellent customer relationship skills to nurture customers throughout the entire lending application journey
  • Completion of Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking would be highly regarded
  • Ability to pass a police and credit check
  • Preferably with IT or Finance Background

These positions are to be based in Malaysia and offer the flexibility of working remotely with our Australian team.
