DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Desktop Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support for desktop and laptop, as well as basic troubleshooting of IT infrastructure related support.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing IT infrastructure related on-site support
- Provide first level on-site support through the helpdesk system and coordinate with higher level support team in problem solving
- Manage customer expectations and achieve customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Basic MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic administration of Active Directory and File Sharing
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT Technology or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in related field
- Experience in setting up Desktop/Laptop, Imaging Software and Network Printer
- Experience in Helpdesk support is a plus
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure related, Desktop/Laptop/Network/Wifi Basic knowledge of Network, Server and Security will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Operating System is required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive with ability to work independently
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges
