We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the packaging industry. As a Sales Representative, you will promote and sell our packaging solutions to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their packaging needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  3. Present and demonstrate our packaging solutions to prospective customers, highlighting the key features, benefits, and value proposition.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their requirements and providing customized packaging solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to develop sales strategies, pricing proposals, and quotations.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
  7. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  8. Regularly follow up with leads, quotes, and opportunities to move them through the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities to position our packaging solutions in the market effectively.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system, including customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities
