- Work with approximately 400 white-collared, business executive/managerial employees from departments such as :
- Product Capacity Management (Track & Trace)
- Customer Services (Air Freight/ Ocean Freight / Industrial Projects)
- Operation (Transport / Air Freight/ Ocean Freight / Industrial Projects)
- Billing (Air Freight/ Ocean Freight/ Domestic/ International Road Freight / Industrial Projects)
- To perform various activities such as liaising and working alongside different departments.
- Planning and establish business needs that support the functioning of your department.
- Assist on administrative tasks, reports, and data entry.
- Apply and utilize your talent and knowledge to benefit the business and their departments.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent academic background.
- It will be added advantage for those speak and writes fluent English as the position require to communicate with external parties. Preferable Individual to be proactive, learning enthusiasm, and independent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Preferred skill(s): Good communication, interpersonal skills, endless drive to learn.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to commit at least 3 months Internship and to be based at USJ, Selangor or Medini Iskandar, Johor or Bayan Lepas, Penang.
