DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
We are an international machine maker of industrial automation. We undertakes Engineering, Fabrication, Design, Mechanical & Electricity Work.
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
Mechanical –
- To assist Engineer for the machine design concept arising for new machine proposal and confirmed projects.
- To assist Engineer perform mechanical design and pneumatic diagram drafting work for machine/equipment.
- To assist Engineer to generate mechanical detail drawing and bill of material within the project schedule.
- To support the assembly members & technicians during machine assembly process, alignment, testing & commissioning.
Electrical –
- To assist Engineer design electrical circuit diagram for automated machinery.
- To assist Engineer prepare PLC program for the project assigned according to the customer specifications and requirements.
- To assist Engineer handle with machine setups, testing and troubleshooting.
- To assist Engineer installation & commissioning of machine.
Admin/Purchasing –
- Prepare purchase orders from ordering merchandise and supplies;
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders and invoices;
- Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other important data;
- Ensure orders are delivered within the timeframe by keeping a good relationship with supplier and vendors;
- Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures;
- Ad-hoc tasks to support other team-member.
