How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
- Responsible in defining, implementing, monitoring and continually improving the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
- Establish company HSEQ procedures based on regulatory and Air Liquide requirements.
- Ensure all business activities are operated safely to meet AL standards, local and government regulations
- Ensure that risk assessments are performed and reviewed as required, with appropriate methodologies and tools, taking into account the Group risk criticality matrix.
- Develop, drive and manage Company HSEQ programs.
- Conduct safety audits, site inspections and implement improvement measures
- Support the implementation of the Air Liquide Industrial Management System (IMS).
- Ensure that data and information related to the processes performance are collected, analysed, evaluated, and reviewed during management review meetings.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Occupational Safety & Health
- Minimum 6 years safety experience and preferably in Manufacturing / Chemical industry
- Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO)
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in HSEQ Management
- Experience leading culture change and developing/implementing management systems
