  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT/Computer/Business encouraged to apply
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Required Skill(s): Presentation Skills, written and verbal business communication skills
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer – Software field or equivalent.
  • Candidate will act as a Helpdesk Support for this job position based on working experience, qualifications, and personality.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel within Malaysia if required
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure
  • Mature and pleasant personality
  • Good telephone manners and able to interact with people well
  • Good follow-up skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin/Cantonese & Bahasa Melayu
  • Added advantage:
  • Knowledge in SQL Query
  • Knowledge in managing Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and AWS

Job Tasks:

  • Act as the first level support between the customer and internal staff for all support activities
  • Assist in troubleshooting and providing regular maintenance for the software which may include database script updating assistance
  • Provide some level of testing
  • Ensure that all technical support delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Organizing and managing all phases of the support to ensure on time execution and completion
  • Oversee and resolve issues and risks of assigned support
  • Manage coordinate internal resources with third party / vendors for the project execution
  • Liaise with project managers to identify and resolve problems
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to obtain resources or materials
  • Provide regular reports and updates on project status
  • Conduct internal testing on issue reported and new release items before rolling out to customers
  • Pre-sales activities related to the products
  • Preparing and updating documentations of existing software/solution
  • Manage and utilize ticketing system and provide periodic report to management
  • Pro-active in troubleshooting issues and proposing long term solutions
