Is this your next challenge in Finance Analyst
The challenge is to:
Financial
· Produce / Develop / Improve standard reporting for Overhead Cost (Actuals, Budget, Forecast, Last Year)
· Perform analysis and generate commentary and insights for any foreseen risks or opportunities, as well as highlighting where intervention may be required to senior HR, senior Finance, and accounting services team
· Support on Budget / Rolling Forecast
People Analytics:
· Standardization of process tracking on HR KPIs such as attrition, vacancy, and implementation across SEA business
· Support on HR data analytics
Other:
· Coordinate with HR for information/validation & Reporting
· Maintain / Update Company organization structure time by time
· Prepare vacancy approval presentation deck for Regional CEO approval

Educational Qualifications
• Diploma or University Degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in finance background
Soft Skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
