Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
  • Provide quality customer service to customer over the phone
  • Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
  • Resolves customer queries efficiently and escalate problem/issues promptly

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin spoken dialects are an advantage but optional.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Require to work shift or normal working hour.
