Main Purpose of Role:
(Why)
The main purpose of this role is to contribute to profitable sales volume and meeting strategic targets through new enquiries and referrals management.
- Responding to new enquiries and referrals from prospective clients.
- Conduct sales presentation and prepare detailed proposals / quotes depending on each customer’s requirements.
- Create and maintain accurate and detailed information relevant to each customer for the purpose of conducting analysis that influence deal-closure decision making.
- Analyse, understand and recommend solutions that improves customer’s business’s process and increase their productivity, as well as for targeted industry requirements.
- Effective and timely communication of customer’s requirement to internal team by understanding and complying to all internal processes.
- Responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met.
- Increase customer awareness and satisfaction by building a strong relationship with customers and attending targeted events.
- Handles related duties as are necessary for the proper management of pipelines, accounts and duties assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Candidate must possess Degree / Diploma in Sales, Business Management, or any other related field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in account management or sales
- Excellent proposal writing, project management and presentation skills to customers at senior management level
- Good analytical skills for comprehensive understanding of what is required to develop and maintain the most valuable customer relationships and translate them into practical solutions
- Self-motivated to work towards clearly defined targets as well as able to analyse, identify and explain any variance from targets
- Disciplined time management and able to work under pressure independently
- Good attention to details and organizational skills for planning, following and ensuring compliance with operational processes
- Highly developed social, interpersonal and communication skills for management of customer relationships and all stakeholders.

- Ability to operate and plan in a rapidly changing environment.
- Positive attitude with the ability and desire to continuously learn new skills.
