Responsibilities:
- Working with Director/Manager to focus on Sales target and support customer/client whenever required.
- To ensure business satisfaction and continuity, provide necessary customer services and support to the customer to maintain the services standard and after Sales services support.
- Update the marketing, new business information and posting company product in social media or discuss with the relevant business development team.
- Answering phone calls, preparing reports and documents to ensure effective communication within the department between the team.
- Analyzing existing tasks, conventions, and processes, and making arrangements for development.
- To perform any task or project assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of working experience in selling ICT products
- Candidates with IT Hardware and Software business development experience in hospitality field or food chain restaurant may encourage to apply.
- Must be computer literate, has good leadership and communication skills, and sales oriented.
