Position for hiring: Assistant Architect / Part 1 Architecture Graduate
Company: Larch Design / SY Ong Architect (Georgetown, Penang)
Job Descriptions:
· 2 full time vacancies available, directly parked under an architect.
· Able to assist and involve in overall architect’s tasks.
· Able to plan and to prepare architectural design and computerized drawings according to required standards and codes.
· Able to deliver work and drawings in an efficient and timely manner.
· Able to prepare 3D drawing from customers sample and convert into internal drawing.
· Capable in producing design concept.
· Project base including mix development, industrial, commercial & housing scheme.
· A good platform before pursuing Part 2 Master Degree.
Required software & communications skills:
· AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Lumion, Photoshop and other relevant software
· Basic Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint
· Fluent speaking and written in English & Bahasa. Extra languages will be an advantage.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Entry position.
· Preferably candidate to possess own transport and willing to travel.
· Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and capability.
