Requirements
· Possess at least LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.
· At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Good command of both written and spoken in Mandarin, and English.
· Must be computer literate and proficient in windows-based software including Word and Excel
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Possess positive working attitude and hardworking.
· Able to start work immediately or in 2 weeks’ time.
Responsibilities
· Review and resolve outstanding AR related issues.
· Daily Data Entry Input and ensure all transactions being updated timely and accurately
· Preparing customer’s monthly statement.
· Prepare all the necessary reports and analysis.
· Organize and ensure proper office filing system.
· Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.
. Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
