A)     Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for minimum 2 full set of accounts, performing accounts & financial activities including book keeping, petty cash claim, and stock & bank reconciliation. Business in factory construction and raw commodities.
  2. Perform fiscal reporting activities to the government in Malay.
  3. Identify and implement strategy for a better cost management, including quarterly cash flow forecasting.
  4. Advise management and colleagues on decisions related to company’s accounting and finance.
  5. Ensure the flow of the financial operation and the documentation are being efficient and controlled.
  6. Maintain professionality and confidentiality in all areas.
  7. Align company tax and financial practice and reports with current compliance.
  8. Familiar with basic HR operations and supervise monthly payroll for 60 employees.
  9. Supervise ESG compliance teamwork and any ad-hoc duties from time to time.

B)     Job Resources

  1. Report to Group Credit Controller.
  2. Assist by Company Compliance Officer, account executives and admins.
  3. Company Desktop – Autocount, Microsoft Office, UBS Payroll System.

D)     Candidate Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting with Professional Qualification ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing / construction sector or audit.
  3. Self-driven, detail-oriented and business minded candidate is favorable.
  4. Proficient in accounting standards (MFRS, IFRS, GAAP) is a must.
