Responsibilities:

  • Execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
  • Organize and file daily documents
  • Liaise with Prudential Customer Service, hospital and customer
  • Prepare correspondence: email, quotation, and meeting minutes
  • Ensure a harmonious working culture in the team
  • Assist customer

Job Requirements:

  • Responsibility
  • Any SPM or above education.
  • Excellent written in English, proficiency in Mandarin and English are welcomed
  • Team player with a pleasant personality
  • Patient and outgoing personality
  • Working knowledge and skill of Canva and Microsoft Office
  • Possess own transport and willing to work in Seberang Jaya

Dress Code:

  • Formal Wear 
  • Black Blazer with white top and black trousers/dress
