Requirements

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • SPM holder are acceptable with experiences
  • Good attitude, fast learner, can multitasking
  • Good documenting & typing skills
  • Can speak & understand BM & English (Mandarin is a bonus)

Responsibility

  • Assist in arrangement of applying Work Permit, Passport and bank account opening
  • Responsible to arrange accommodation and transportation for outstation employees
  • Prepare company letter and internal forms on demand
  • Daily administration task assigned by manager / supervisor
  • Ad-hoc tasks by supervisor & manager
