As the Accounts Manager of the team, you are responsible to oversee the day to day operations of the accounting department, develop the team and assist with business growth and expansion plans.

An investment holding company specialising in solar energy. Through the various subsidiaries, this business provides engineering services, construction of solar facilities for industrial and consumer markets, solar power generation and other related products. This locally listed business is growing rapidly and are looking for dynamic individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets and passion for creating a sustainable environment to join their team.
Description
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and Professionally Qualified (ACCA, CPA, MIA and etc)
- Preferably equipped with external audit background and commercial experience in accounting
- Responsible to oversee day to day accounting matters, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, inventory controls and other related matters
- Must be able to analyse accounting data
- Establish new processes and lead process improvement initiatives
- Must possess strong knowledge in consolidation to perform monthly, quarterly and year end consolidation
- Must be equipped with project industry experience – Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Property

- Strong stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of consolidation
- Industry expertise in Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction or Property
- Must be passionate about solar industry
- Strong ownership and passion for your work and ability to lead and develop a team
- Self motivated and fast learner
- High attention to detail
