Key Responsibilities :

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, pricing, inventory, and order fulfilment on ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Zalora, TikTok and Amazon.
  2. Suggest novel campaign strategies and identify targeting opportunities, such as live events, CPAS or in-app advertisements, that are tailored specifically for marketplaces.
  3. Developing and implementing ecommerce strategies: You will be responsible for developing and executing ecommerce strategies that drive sales, increase revenue, and improve customer engagement.
  4. Conducting market research and analysis: You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with product development, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  6. Monitoring and analysing data: You will be responsible for analysing data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions that improve ecommerce/marketplace performances.
  7. Managing vendors and partners: You will work with vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements: You will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to ecommerce and marketplace operations.
  9. To manage product listings, inventory, and order fulfilment of various channels and on its relevant platforms.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing / related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Have a track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Preferably proficient in ecommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Zalora, TikTok, and Amazon in regard to web analytics tools, digital marketing tools, and product data management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, meticulous, good accuracy, and able to adapt quickly.
