DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

The People:

· Possess Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Civil or Mechanical Engineering

· Experienced at least 5 years in related field, preferably experienced in managing teams

· Basic knowledge of the industries related to UMW Equipment Sdn. Bhd.’s products / heavy equipments

· Has skill in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Words) for reporting writing and data analysis

· Able to deliver presentation in English

· Has strong leadership and interpersonal skill

· Willing to travel

The Job:

· Achieve yearly sales budget for Equipment, Parts and Service and ensure profitability

· Achieve targeted market shares for the respective products

· Deliver excellent and trusted customer services to UMWE’s customers in Johor

· Ensure compliance to company and legal policies and regulations

· Ensure staff development plans are well executed and succession planning in place
