DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
- Responsible for achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency and labour sales through effective utilization of 3-in-1 as a management tool.
- Ensure prompt submission of well documented special service campaigns, technical report and fix IT-right programs.
- Monitor & manage daily B&P workshop operations.
- Compliance to Toyota B&P standard operating procedures.
- Strategize in carrying out marketing activities and expand spotter network, to achieve B&P targets.
- Responsible for effective utilization of 3-in-1 system to monitor WIP, back order, follow up, appointment and service reminders.
- Ensure effective liaison on operational and administrative matters with both internal department and external suppliers.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
- Develop carrying insurance network to achieve B&P smooth claim process.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Mass Comm/Business Admin or equivalent.
- Must be hands on, detail oriented and dedicated.
- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
- Good understanding of customer segmentation and demographics.
- Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
- Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Customer oriented with ability to interact with people effectively.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills with ability to manage the team.
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has own initiative and able to work independently and under pressure.
