Job Responsibilities :
Pre-Contract Stage
- Prepare taking off and preliminary cost estimation
- Prepare pre-qualification and short list of competitive contractor
- Prepare tender document and call quotation for sub-contract work
- Attend tender interview
Post-Contract Stage
- Update and monitor project budget
- Review quotation submitted by sub-contractor
- Prepare cost analysis and letter of acceptance for sub-work
- Coordinate with sub-contractor and site personnel
- Attend site meeting
- Responsible for site measurement
- Evaluate and prepare interim payment certificate, variation order and final account for sub-contractor
- Responsible for filing and other documentations management
Job Requirements :
- Degree In Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience in property development or construction.
- Min 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Works well self-initiative, resourceful and multi-tasking.
- Full-Time position available
