Responsibilities
- Provides onsite day-to-day system breakdown support, maintenance job, deployment, and discretionary services to the company’s client.
- To perform a system upgrade, corrective maintenance job, and preventive maintenance job for the client’s Retail Automation System and authorized peripheral equipment.
- Corrective maintenance jobs is including but are not limited to system recovery, database restoration, network & connection restoration, system problem root cause investigation, monitoring and inspection, and part replacement.
- Preventive maintenance jobs is including but are not limited to system equipment health checks, system equipment functionality tests, cleaning & tidying up the system equipment, and system equipment cabling adjustment.
- To troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve, and rectify the malfunction/problems of the client’s Retail Automation System.
- To lift up heavy equipment/devices (approximately around 10KGs), stand for long hours, and perform tasks at the forecourt area/server room/counter/client site.
- To understand clients’ complaints/problems about the Retail Automation System and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, verbally or written with the customer, reporting officer, and other authorized third parties.
- Adapt to flexible shifts, work long hours, travel long hours, and adapt to changing work schedules due to operational needs or work arrangements.
- Must possess a good teamwork spirit, positive attitude, good discipline, and fully comply with the SOP set by the company and management.
- Liable to accept and execute any other duties/jobs/roles as instructed by the Reporting Officer or the Management during employment in Strateq.
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma/Advanced Diploma or higher.
- Possess own transportation and is willing to travel.
Additional Information
- Salary: From RM2,400.00 onwards (Depends Commensurate with qualification and experience)
- Fixed car allowance: RM 750 per month
- A petrol card is provided and used for any official mobilization and traveling.
- Handphone allowance: RM 85 per month (Credited to your monthly salary automatically.) ***With the requirement must be reachable via voice and data.
