We need Service Engineer colleagues to work in our office in Malaysia within HAUS Centrifuge Technologies.
YOUR PROFILE
• Graduated from engineering faculties (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical – Electronics Engineering)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Service Engineering position,
• Experience in the production, manufacture and/or service of industrial machinery, white goods, automotive or spare parts,
• Fluent in English,
• Giving importance to customer relations and customer satisfaction,
• Representational ability, strong communication,
• Proactive, developed sense of responsibility, high persuasiveness,
• To be able to adapt to the flexible working and communication needs of the customer from time to time in order to meet the expectations,
• Likes to take an active role and responsibility in the field with a customer focus,
• Well-versed in MS Office applications, preferably experienced in ERP applications,
• For license should be minimum D and no travel restrictions.
• Encouraged to have own vehicle.
JOB DESCRIPTION & POSITION EXPECTATIONS
• Determining the After-Sales Service needs of customers using HAUS products in the region and, when necessary, in other regions, domestic and abroad, and taking action
• To make technical analyzes and report about the malfunctions in the field and customer demands when necessary.
• To take part in projects and processes that will ensure the establishment and systematic structuring of the Global HAUS After-Sales Services structure.
• Providing support to the HAUS Service team in the field when necessary
• Representing HAUS in the area of responsibility in the best possible way and informing and activating the relevant units when necessary, in order to maintain the relations between HAUS and its customers.
