Job Responsibilities:
– Responsibilities as Business Development Manager apply to both Singapore and Southeast Asia.
– Develop strategies and action plans for specific market segments.
– Promote company products/services to key stakeholders and keep them informed about the latest offerings.
– Maintain opportunity pipelines for business growth.
– Secure company listings on bid/vendor lists of target end users, government agencies, consultants, and EPCs.
– Identify strategic projects with end users, government agencies, consultants, and EPCs.
– Negotiate and win customer opportunities for targeted projects.
– Support product and solution development efforts to meet customer needs.
– Assist in analyzing current business strengths and weaknesses, as well as market intelligence processes.

Job Requirements:
– Degree in electrical / electronic engineering preferred or equivalent.
– 7+ years of experience in sales/business development preferable in South East Asia.
– Solid understanding of the undertakings and applications in one or more of the following segments – Utilities, Building/Data Center, Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, Renewables, Infrastructure.
– High level of communication readiness, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, team orientation, resilience, and social competence.
– Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Intercultural experience and sensitivity.
– Experience on project or consultancy preferred.
