Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit budgetary estimates based on tender drawings, Bills of Quantities for all disciplines, and cost estimation.
- Obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers for cost assessment, analysis, and budgeting purposes.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding payment-related matters, monitor monthly cash flow projections, and provide physical reports for ongoing projects.
- Attend site valuations, conduct site measurements when required.
- Ensure the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by management as necessary.
Job Requirement
- Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying/Interior Design.
- Experienced in Quantity Surveying will be added advantage
- Detail oriented and prompt in documentation work.
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
