DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Foreign announcements on corporate exercises.
- Perform reconciliation on clients’ shareholding against custodian records.
- Ensure timely dissemination of corporate exercises information to clients / branches / relevant parties.
- Ensure timely processing of clients’ corporate exercises upon receiving the reply from clients.
- Ensure the clients’ subscriptions of corporate exercises are submitted to the custodian before the stipulated deadline.
- Ensure payment arising from corporate exercises are made to/collect from clients on timely basis.
- Submit GL on monthly basis to ensure outstanding items rectify timely.
- Assist on the enquiries or requests from internal / external clients.
- Prepare IT Request Form and involve in system enhancements UAT testing to prevent manual intervention as to minimize operational errors and to shorten processing turnaround time.
Requirements:
- A degree of professional qualification from an institution recognized by government of Malaysia.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in financial institution with exposure in custody & nominee services.
- Knowledge in relevant rules and regulations of the relevant exchanges would be an added advantage.
- Good customer service skills and communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Good problem solving skills.
