MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify, clarify and process all sales orders
- Coordinate sales requests such as check stock availability and delivery arrangement
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with forwarder or courier service to plan shipping schedules accordingly to fulfil orders
- Conduct follow-up on the shipment status to be able to update the clients accordingly
- Consolidate all proof of delivery documentation after delivery
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Obtain quotation/lead time from suppliers
- Coordinate shipping arrangement and review shipping documents from suppliers
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or degree in relevant discipline
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar positions and have a good understanding of air and ocean processes
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Able to start work immediately
