Benefits Summary:

·      Manufacturing Automotive Industry

·      Monthly Salary: Up-to $5,500

·      Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm.

·      Location: North Area

Responsibilities:

·      Design and develop software for automated semiconductor process equipment.

·      Enhance equipment performance through Continuous Improvement Programs (CIPs) and other development initiatives.

·      Provide support for field work to upgrade and resolve customer issues.

·      Develop high-speed image processing algorithms for advanced PC-based automated visual inspection systems.

·      Utilize high-resolution imaging to design and implement reliable IC device inspection in real-time, high-volume semiconductor production.

·      Perform statistical image analysis to ensure accurate and efficient inspection of IC devices.

·      Create and execute software validation and regression plans for semiconductor equipment.

·      Maintain software validation documentation, including test plans and configuration settings.

·      Develop and execute test cases and scripts to ensure software functionality and performance.

·      Perform regression testing to verify software updates and changes.

·      Collaborate with software design team and stakeholders to meet customer requirements and industry standards.

·      Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders.

·      Participate in design reviews to ensure software quality.

·      Troubleshoot and report software defects and issues.

·      Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software validation and quality assurance.

Requirement:

·      Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Studies or its equivalent.

·      Good experience in C++, VC++, MFC, SQL and OOP.

·      Strong in C++ Programming Language and windows programming

·      Good knowledge in developing multi-threaded control software, SEMI SECS/ GEM equipment connectivity standard and Software Development Life Cycle.

·      Knowledge in PLC will be an added advantage.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent team player.
