  • Provide advices on Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) , Coordinates Implement RBA policy and compliance with RBA regards to HR policies, Labor law and Ethics.
  • Conduct RBA Briefing for all employees
  • Update presentation slides i.e. RBA awareness , E-tv slides, Management Review slides & etc
  • Work closely with section or departments to ensure the CAPA is tabulated and closed
  • Labor & Ethics and Management System Compliance Review
  • Ensure all RBA Management System elements are implemented and reviewed annually.
  • Conduct Risk Assessment and Annual Internal Audit to identify gaps and provide action item with objective and targets to comply.
  • Ensure all RBA objectives and targets are reviewed annually
  • Ensure legal register is maintained and updated every quarter
  • Ensure all RBA training conducted are documented
  • Track all training records and awareness programs
  • Ensure employee training programs are implemented and executed timely
  • Review training materials annually or as and when required
  • Annual RBA refresher training schedule for suppliers
  • RBA Audit preparedness – Schedule quarterly assessment of RBA implementation to ensure Jabil Penang is ready to have any internal and external audit at any point of time.
  • RBA Awareness review. Develop survey and TNA for RBA related training and explore other short term and long-term training for supervisors and managers especially on Labor Management skills.
  • Collaborate with training department and review plantwide understanding of RBA esp. among IL
  • Carry out special projects, as assigned.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement(s):

  • 7-10 years working experience in General HR and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)
  • Good knowledge in HR and labor laws
  • Candidate with Supervisory experience preferred.
