Summary
We are seeking a skilled MANDARIN SPEAKING and compassionate Medical Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Medical Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility.
Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for medical examinations, including obtaining vital signs, medical history and chief complaints.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals and assist with patient registration and billing procedures.
- Provide clear and accurate instructions to patients regarding medication, procedures and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service.
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Prepare, replenish and dispense medications
- Assist doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if called upon)
Requirements
- Motivated, result-oriented and a fast learner
- Computer literate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin – to deal with Mandarin speaking patients
- Those who can speaks Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
